The SMP6100 series stainless steel isolation diaphragm diffusion silicon dedicated pressure transmitter is a product specifically designed and developed for water supply, oil supply, and gas supply systems, with independent intellectual property rights. It uses a 316L stainless steel isolation diaphragm and a special structural design, which improves reliability compared to similar sensors and significantly reduces the risk of diaphragm rupture due to overpressure. The use of diffusion silicon internally greatly reduces the measurement area of the sensor, thereby enhancing its pressure resistance and sensitivity, with a greater overload capacity than similar sensors. It can withstand water hammer and overload, with a lifespan more than 10 times that of other types of sensors. The internal digital processing circuit performs 100% calibration and correction of the sensor, ensuring that each product has excellent performance.
This product can also be applied in general industrial occasions where precision requirements are not high, such as compressors, booster pumps, HVAC, water treatment, hydraulic systems, LNG/CNG, etc.
