The SMP1500-5xxxXD series integrated low-pressure high-precision pressure sensors encapsulate high-performance MEMS pressure-sensitive chips and dedicated conditioning chips within a dual-port SOP14 structure. The pressures in the two gas paths reference each other, reducing the impact of the environment on the output. The SMP1500-5xxxXD uses a unique algorithm to achieve multi-stage temperature compensation for the sensor and outputs in digital IIC format. Products are available with gauge pressure or differential pressure intake methods.
