The SMP1500-5XD is a plastic-sealed ultra-low pressure high-precision pressure sensor that encapsulates a high-performance MEMS pressure-sensitive chip and a dedicated conditioning chip within a dual-port SOP14 package. The pressure in the two gas paths serves as a mutual reference, reducing the impact of the environment on the output. The SMP1500-5XD employs a unique algorithm to achieve multi-stage temperature compensation for the sensor and outputs in digital IIC format. It offers products with gauge pressure or differential pressure intake methods.
